Would highly recommend especially for beginners and intermediates

I stayed in the camp for 5 days I would have liked to stay longer, the training sessions were difficult and my skill level was lower than most of the others but Paul was good at giving me more Basic drills and Technics  while still keeping us all as a group. The sparring was extremely playful and did not require any type of protective sports wear.

Paul is a great trainer and a great host. I stayed for one week and would have liked to stay longer. Paul was very good at pushing me out of my comfort zone, without going overboard. I would rate the experience 10/10 and you get a lot of value for the money you pay. I will be returning.
