Our Training Philosophy

The Kickboxing Boot Camp Holiday is for small groups, 12 maximum. While staying, you will receive real attention, 1-2-1 training, with a sense of belonging and a team spirit.

There is just us at the camp on a hillside in complete isolation from the outside world, completely disconnected.

We want you to go home having gained lots of friends and learn real skills no matter what your level.

  • Running in the countryside
  • Caveman circuits

Training Timetable

Summer Timetable:

We have 2 sessions a day of kickboxing

Monday to Saturday

8:30am - 10:30am

4:30pm - 6:30pm


Training Prices

  • £200 per week per person
  • £700 per month

Once in the camp you will be shown swiftly to your rooms , we recommend that you spend your first day of arrival relaxing around the pool, going for a walk or using the BBQ and sauna, so the next day you are ready to start.

Your training sessions will be tailored for your level of fitness and experience, we will know when to push or pull.

We recommend that you bring your own gloves 12oz or 14oz and gum shield if you want to spar, also shin guards if you feel you require them. We recommend that you bring your own as it’s a lot more hygienic in the weather, as you are going to be losing lots of fluids.
